Disclamer: I know netherite tools don't burn in lava but I didn't want to make the meme too lengthy. An explanation here: I was in a huge cave system with netherite armour , a netherite pickaxe and a netherite sword. I was exploring a new part of the cave system and had about 4 stacks of iron on me plus a few diamonds. (I had been down there 1 hour) and fell in lava. I couldn't locate the lava to get my netherite stuff back. I have also now earnt my armour back but not yet my pick. Also for people who play, make a copy of ur world and go in the nether and explode literally everything near the portal and copy down co ordinates of ancient debris, I have used this way and got 16 netherite in about 5 hours. ( 64 ancient debris).:)
