What you describe is near Classic Liberalism, I live my life without infringing on your rights and you do the same.
As the Amish farmer said, "I mean you no harm, I wish you no ill, but, you are standing where I am about to shoot.
The only just laws are those that include penalties for injuring (physically or financially) or placing others in danger.
This is your statement with a bit of clarification
"Freedom culture" is like the belief in "live and let live" or "don't tread on me".
It includes the drastic lowering of moral standards. (WHY)
It's like the idea of strong personal and social liberty. (If along with responsibility, that's fine)
It's the freedom to live your life however you please without religion (religion is absolutely fine as long as you accept it freely as your guide in life)
or state (see just laws above) jumping in between you and your desires. (so long as your desires fit with in justice above)
It is usually depicted as the usual "punk" lifestyle.
Actually that would be the desire of every Conservative I know.
That is Classic Liberalism. That is what the Founders envisioned for all men.
The problem is, around 1900, the American Communists were known Progressives. That word was stigmatized by their beliefs. So they began calling themselves Liberals and infiltrated the Democrat Party.
People that believed in Classic Liberalism, began calling themselves Conservative.
