Sure . . . all it would take is a constitutional amendment and probably about fifteen years. Or . . . Trump could have been joking. He should know better, though. The last time he joked like that it was about the Russians and Hillary's lost e-mails . . . and that inspired two years worth of a bogus investigation and then an equally bogus impeachment.
