I'm sure they do some good, but they aren't flat-out making people impervious to C19. Many people will tell you that if everyone wears a mask and social distances, no one will get C19, which is obviously false. I personally believe this pandemic has been exaggerated, big-time.

That is a hysterical statement. C19 will not die out just because people wear masks. It will continue to proliferate for years and year, regardless of whether or not everyone wears a mask. To believe that masks are the holy grail in preventing the spread if infectious diseases is beyond ignorant. If this were true, the "experts" wouldn't telling people to wear them AND social distance. Even the CDC estimates that masks provide about 65% protection for the wearer. It is a fact that they do not prevent 100% of aerosols from escaping the mask and/or entering it. You really are a sheep. I suppose you also believe that the U.S. is the only country seeing huge increases in positive testing. Europe is seeing the same thing, and they have a way higher mask-wearing rate. Same goes for S. Korea. One other thing you probably believe: Wuhan has not seen a positive test result for months. You should become a propagandist.

and that is true. it wont instantly die out as masks arent always effective. its just that IF the rate of infection is less than 1 it will start dieing out (each infected person infects less) and using all the counters to infections will reduce the rate and potentaly hit that win condition

If it truly were this dire situation/pandemic, it would never be out of the news.
