I recommend using Ibis paint X, cause why not. You just add another layer each picture you put so you can erase it to fit the circle. To add the text select 'Text' and tap where you want to add it.
Urs is way more different then how I made mine
This is how I made mine
1. You take a screenshot of any announcement thingy
2. You crop it until only the announcement thingy can be only seen
3. U go to make memes and upload that pic
4. U take the white coloring tool
5. U color the parts where the names and profile pic is with white
6: add any image u like and make it smol
7. If u wanna draw a circle draw the circle with the black color
8. Write ur nickname and user name
9. Make it into a template
10. Use it
