She did that once, yes. She has that ability but Nebula and Quantum are stronger cause they can screw around with time and space. (They can also do that)

Those three kinda remind me of Aristar. They sound pretty cool.

I mean, at least you drew two of those yourself, I recolored two legendary Pokémon for my two strongest OCs. The third is a template Fake_Olivia gave me.
