He is not THE_CREATOR.exe, but he has been radically corrupted. that replaces the knife should be the hammer. And the Faded Ribbon should be replaced with the Shattered Locket, like the Heart Locket, but broken by M_OO_MMM, the HELP_THEM equivalent of Toriel. Hate to hide more information, but this is the end of HELP_THEM ideas Part 1.
