Do you notice when a meme takes hours to post to a stream. Maybe that does not happen to your memes. I was reflecting on the mechanism of delay. Do abnormal non-standard content meme have a great delay usually. That is what I was parodying. I imagine the throttle goes off when some metric of evaluating a meme reads perfectly normal.
