Tell my kids the same. My retirement was detonated when I suffered a spine injury at work at 36. Been on disability for 9 years, but I had savings & owned a home so doing ok

Sorry about to hear about you'r injury,that's good you own you'r own home and have a savings account, lots of people don't look around to see that people have it worse then them. good for you on your acomplishments.
