Once my mom had to do this automated phone system thing for spectrum. It asks her name. She says it. The phone says it couldn't understand the phrase. She says her name again louder. The phone still does not understand. 15 minutes later she's practically yelling her name at the phone. The big catch? STILL NO UNDERSTANDING.
