Xd ik, but tbh, I did the whole digital part with my finger xdd I still don't have proper equipment xd. But yeah I'm still learning about shine and lightning

so basically what you have to do is draw strings on top of that and blur it downwards lol

Oh OK, that seems simple, I'll try doing it in my next drawing, oh and are there any brushes u recommend that I use?

For the blurring, try using a brush that resembles hair
I don’t have any brush recommendations other than that :)
