Actually of all of them Fox News is doing the best, at least at reporting Covid numbers, I know somebody who talks to people at other hospitals over call and it seems Fox News is actually pretty accurate

I disagree because Fox news is conservative-biased. CNN and MSNBC are also biased, but it's liberal-biased. I think what i meant in "fake news" was not actually fake news, it was bias. The best news source that looks at both side's point of views is Associated Press. Associated press is neither left wing or right wing, they're just spittin out facts.
