The police were liberals, the chief of police was a liberal, the judges, the law makers, the heads of state departments,the mayor, the governor, the congressmen,the senators and the president were liberals... Overseeing communities where almost every person was black, including school principals, teachers, community leaders, business owners, landlords, neighbors, friends, family, where almost all entertainment consumption from movies to TV shows to sports to singers were black...
And yet black liberal community issues are 'caused by racist white conservatives'..
