Everyone gangster until Spongebob loses the Krabby Patty formula, and Bikini Bottom becomes a freaking warzone

I still don't get how losing the Krabby Patty formula made Bikini Bottom an apocalyptic town. Something's got to be up.

Maybe that they became so addicted to it, that when the formula is lost, everyone went insane and became rebels

I don't mean to ruin anyone's childhood, but I'm going to theorize that maybe there's an addicting ingredient in the formula (cocaine).

Also, let's not forget that they literally tried to KILL SpongeBob over the formula being lost.

Bikini Bottom is so corrupt that Mr. Krabs got away with that for so long.

Fun fact: they pretty much would fail to kill Spongebob anyway, because sea sponges can easily grow back broken pores. This is done by asexual reproduction known as "budding"

So basically Spongebob is immortal?

Not really. Sea sponges only live up to 200 years, but it IS a long time if you think about it
