Me: taro can absorb power and store it, so he could get attacked by whatever that thing is,then fire a giant attack at it with its own power

*the thing manages to scrape Vera's arm, getting her blood in its mouth*

*the thing turns light blue, and the word COLATRIC appears as it stops spinning*
