If Pokémon replace animals, do hunters catch, bring home, kill, skin, and eat them

i hate to ruin the theory but, there is litearaly a tower to put dead pokemon to rest in red and blue/ remakes.

Then how many charmanders died to the move hydro pump because it put out their tail fire?

there are the ones that stay dead and the ones that come back as ghosts to haunt the the squirtles that killed them... i did a nuzlock and lost my charmelion

if they can, wouldn't ash die from greninja?

maybe they are hard to k!ll or live for a very long time idk

Actually Pokémon do die, just not in battles.
