There is a drastic difference in being uneducated vs. being undereducated. While foreigners may not have grown up with the American "experience" they still might have a better understanding of our political system and policies than some Americans do, or at least, a different perspective that should be taken into account. I have met people from the UK, Canada, India and Kenya that have a far greater understanding of our language, lifestyles and policies than most Americans. Some of these foreigners are also now American citizens, that's what America is. If you choose to write them off, that's your choice, that's okay. I prefer to compare and contrast between my views, other Americans' views and the views of foreigners.
