Hi, It's for real but the only thing is I think it's a message as trolling.
If you go to Google maps and type the Emohwen Setatspeed Gardens it will take you to position on map.
They think someone in Google has gotten it up otherwise you need to contact google as to your place or business and then they use verification systems in place and it it takes about 2 weeks. Then they put your place or business on their map.
But it's certainly high level trolling.
Lets hope it comes to fruition.
