Very true, for upvotes received. However, I was thinking of upvotes given. The term "upvote begging" is getting out of control. Whenever someone makes a meme that mentions upvotes, the memer is considered as an upvote beggar. First, it came from real upvote begging, to describing the feeling of not getting upvotes, to having the word "upvote" in its meme.
