Well for starters, maybe kick cyberbullying out of the picture. Then try to call out trolls. Except these people wont delete. I'm gonna try to change their ways. How, you ask? Ask why they're doing this, tell them people are annoyed, tell them what they've been doing and how to stop

Then we've got our suicidal friends. Carefully try to convince them it's worth living, that out there people actually love them. YOU love them. As a friend.

Then what if you're in an argument? with a major cyberbully? You laugh it off, you report it if you really really need to, and you say "have a great day :D" and ignore further messages. I strongly advise not to block in case they apologize or need to tell you something very important. You dont NEED to fight back, you just do it because you want to. Wanna prove you're right. Wanna feel the overcome power of a win.

This is what I'm gonna do, and advise people who dont like to 100% listen. After all, all are welcome in Imgflip.

I can't entirely speak for her, but, I know that she has been kind to lots of users, many of whom are much smaller in profile size and she has helped them along.
