Hyper has a lesser base power than moonblast.. So not much a deal..¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Well yes but a better chance of hitting, and has more Uses, and with sylveons ability it turns normal typer moves to fairy

It does make more sense when using with sylveon.. I just said my thoughts.. that's all!
