Hello! The Supreme Court upheld his health care plan and they rule on matters pertaining to the Constitution so get mad at THEM.

Initially Randy Barnett and 5 other supreme court justices ruled it violates the constitutional law on freedom of commerce. Congress is meant to simply regulate commerce, not order citizens to engage in it by forcing health care on them or penalty. But chief justice Roberts ignored them and their evidence passed it.
