Wait, so does it feel right when the ad says that or does it make you uncomfortable? If an ad would tell me "you are a man" I'd immediately click it away whatever it was for. But if that makes you feel good it might mean you actually are a man. 🤔

My mom is really homophobic and doesn't want me to even cut my hair shorter than my shoulders cause she "dosnt want me to look like a guy," and says "your a girl,stop wanting short hair" so being supported is great and I'm happy not everyone is homophobic

Oh, that's rough... I'm very sorry for that. Well, in here you can be you and we will support you. I hope your situation will improve. Do you think it would help telling your mom that having short hair doesn't make you less of a girl? (I know that's not actually the point, but it might help you get shorter hair if you want it.) There are quite a few examples of cis-het women with short hair you could show her. I mean, ideally I'd want her to respect your decisions instead of being too scared to let you just experiment - it's just hair, afterall... But until then maybe there might be some fast ones you could pull. 🤔

I've tried saying that a lot of women can still look feminine with short hair,but she says I'll think about it,then still says no,but at least I can put my hair in a pony tail,flip it over my head and put a hat on to look like I have short hair. The weird thing is that my mom is fine with me doing that but not with me cutting my hair
