The guy in the picture is (supposedly) a guy named August Landmesser.
He wasn't down w/ the Nazis because he was dating a Jewish woman.
He was eventually imprisoned for it for 2.5 yrs., then drafted into the service
where he died fighting in Croatia.

Thanks for the history lesson! I was able to look him up and read about that. Isn't fascism wonderful: they kidnap and murder your wife and send you to die in war.
