Regulations are written in the blood of the working class. Overwhelmingly, most of the regulations on the books had to be written and passed after some unfortunate worker died because a boss tried to save a few extra dollars.

They received a tax subsidy for opening their company and health and hygiene has no authority to inspect the premises, and so no new or future regulation applies, where as the appropriate changes can cost me upto several thousand

A multi million pound company has a lower tax bracket and regulatory standard than I do... Thanks government..
