Funny you brought up Ted Cruz...I believe it was his mother that was an American so that makes him an American citizen,Kamala was born in California so she is also an American citizen and eligible for president.

Now what people are talking about on the net is weather she is an African American or not as her parents were from India and Jamaica...so technically no more African American than a generational white person born in south Africa.

So is she eligible for president??? Yes

Is she an African American??? questionable

Is she an anchor baby???yes

Was Kamala chosen as VP for virtue signal reasons because of her gender/skin color...yes

Will Joe Biden be president for any real length of time if elected??? Absolutely not.

Fact is that anybody with two drug induced brain cells left to rub together knows Biden's brain is Swiss cheese and the VP is going to be president if elected and your side would vote for him even if his VP pic was Danny DaVito in caricature of the penguin.

Constitution says "natural born citizen". Matrilineal heritage doesn't mean squat in that context and Ted Cruz's nomination would have (and still could) automatically triggered and immediate Constitutional crisis.

Kamela Harris carries no such issue and we like her a lot so go cry into a pillow.

Yes I agree there is issues with "natural born citizen" where eligibility of Presidentship is concerned constitutionally... although being born of an American mother does make him a citizen irregardless of where he was born but who cares he isn't ever going to be on the ticket.
