LISTEN TO CHEERY MUSIC. TALK TO YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT HOW YOUR FEELING. IF YOU CAN TRY AND SPEND AN HOUR OUTSIDE EVERY DAY. DO THINGS YOU ENJOY. DON’T HOLD BACK YOUR TEARS, LET IT OUT. DO THINGS YOU ENJOY EVEN IF YOU DON’T ENJOY THEM ANYMORE. EAT HEALTHY FOOD, TRY TO AVOID SUGARS AND GLUTEN. FIGURE OUT WHAT HELPS YOU SLEEP, MUSIC? STORIES? IS THE LIGHT TO BRIGHT? COLDER ROOM? WEIGHTED BLANKET? MAKE A GOAL, WHAT DO YOU WANT TO LEARN THIS YEAR? HOW TO DO A CERTAIN DANCE? LEARN TO PLAY AN INSTRUMENT? LEARN HOWU TO KNIT? START A PILL BUG COLONY?
