Or if you do want to inflict pain beat up a pillow and pretend it is yourself. Your not hurting yourself your just beating up a pillow that your pretending is you. Problem solved
I’m just gonna say this now. Please do NOT hurt yourself in any way, including cutting yourself, scratching, hitting yourself, biting, pulling out hair, etc. Hurting yourself dose not help in any way, I promise. If you feel like inflicting pain, try doing something else. Draw, listen to music, look at memes, or even break something for all I care. You might think doing something to yourself is helping, as some people “bleed” out their problems.
