What safety programs are you going to mandate installation of to reduce the number of train collisions?

I'm going to make sure that trains have the right of way. I'm going to install a safety monitor in each railroad, that signals if a train is near

But what crash prevention systems are you going to use? I'm talking systems that override the engineer if needed and bring the train to a stop

My own. I am a very inventive person, and I can actually make one of those IRL.

Has it been tested and approved by the FRA?

No. I'm literally in the process of making it. It will take a while.
