So you are on team "let it spy on me, I don't care if my info get's sold" AKA Tik Tok then it is your choice (no offense) but I am on the safe zone.

im on no team. I still don't like tiktok. I still don't 100% trust it. BUT i do think its stupid that he is banning because it was made in china, Because there is still the chance that its not spying at all. it all could just be a silly little app.

maybe that is why Microsoft wants to come into possession of it, but again chinese apps and gadget have a reputation for being spyware like remember Huawei as an example.
