I suggest using Ibispaint X, it may look complicated when you first try it but you’ll get used to it.

I don’t know- at first I didn’t know how to use it because there were so many tools (since I first used FlipaClip to draw on my tablet) but now it’s my main drawing app, I still use FlipaClip for animations.
