Because my source which is a graph of the black unemployment using data from the BLS shows that the unemployment rate for blacks has been trending downwards ever since the great recession and Trump inherited that downwards trend. There's no f**king way Obama's black unemployment rate was 35.6%. The highest for Obama is 19.3% during the great recession which he inherited from Bush, which is still nowhere near 35.6%. The lowest Trump had was 5.1% in 2019, before the pandemic started and unemployment shot up. It's also important to note that many of the jobs are low paying jobs, and the unemployment rate itself is flawed.
