Quirk: sto-rage,if for example taro was in a fight with denki and denki used all his power for a full power attack,taro could absorb that attack and either use it all at once or use it in short bursts,but the longer taro holds in the power,the more violent/agressive he will become
Friends: he had two friends miso and a now villain mukero (he is still friends with miso,and tries to not lose contact with mukero)
