Its ok, nothing lasts forever you cant stay sad for your whole life.
Try finding the reason why ur sad or ur triggers .
Find ways to solve them too. Idk abt u , but i personally need to sit with myself snd sort things out with myself. That makes me feel better.
Find someone you trust alot, and tell them how you feel, make sure someone knows about it, it helps alot. I prefer people that are close to me more than therapists .
