Can someone that speaks Japanese please explain

Japanese is basically a bunch of syllables you put together to make words
At least in hiragana
“maou” is probably two syllables that has to do with the devil and part time
and hataraku means work
So ya know
The devil works part time
I’m not good at Japanese as I am at turkish, Arabic, and Chinese
Multilinguists always have that one jittery language

Some words pronounced and spelled the same have different meanings. And the definition depends on the prder the words are used. Its the same with all languages

Sama is technically an honorific for those demanding the highest respect - leaders, usually - but often is used in anime/manga when the person using it views the person they are referring to very highly. Hope that helped!
