Well, they do have tests. But I wonder how often they are actually used rather than a diagnosis (which could be inaccurate, as cold, flu, and COVID-19 all have similar symptoms). Plus they're probably being paid to diagnosis as many people as possible with COVID (even if it's false), so that they can increase the numbers, and therefore increase the fear, which increases their ability to control the people. Thus, what is little more than a common cold becomes a major tool in gaining control over the people of a nation.
