dying all the time or close to it from something that your kidney would change so that it's living at least for a lot longer for someone anyway, so like, how do you justify internally not offering to donate your kidney to 'best match globally speaking' other than saying you don't want it to go to someone who is up to bad behavior, etc. and if that's your excuse, how about how come you don't give it to someone up to 'good' behavior, etc.?
