I really hope this helps anyone who needs it! :D

I really hope this helps anyone who needs it! :D | Thank you to everyone who commented on my lesson on depression... Captain_Scar made an amazing point on there giving a great reason to not fake depression. Thanks dude! :D
I decided to make one about reaching out for help with depression because everyone needs a bit of a reminder sometimes... Mainly me... Uhm anyway... As spoken about in fake vs real depression, (don't fake depression) I gave some examples of good people to talk to about your depression.
I like to talk to my best friend about it because he understands what I'm going through, since he has a similar situation. I once talked to my school counselor about it, but personally, they weren't much help, but if you ever face yourself with the feeling of nobody to talk to, your school counselor is almost always there. If you have a good relationship with your parents, I'm almost positive that they'd be more than happy to help in any way that they can. But if your parents are the cause of your depression, try talking to them about it, and who knows, things might change for the better.
I mean, you always have me too, but since I'm going anonymous for these right now, it's a little hard. And you may not want to share personal information about your life with me but... There is always someone there for you even if you may not feel like it. | image tagged in blank white template | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
