So here's the explanation
Zee Mystery is a strange man with a strange power spatial manipulation.
This allows him to make the area between things bigger and all that jazz
What he mainly does with it is make big pockets of space that he uses to store things in (for instance the big spoon) he accesses these pockets by using small cloth bags that he carries on him

I know it's complicated i came up with him when I was like 11 so he's (of course) got a ridiculous superpower

Zee is a collector for certain organizations but he uses tactics to ensure he gets the money with the least resistance and damage to the client of the business. But that doesn't mean he's a bad guy he works for multiple beneficial company's and groups to help with charity and those in need
