Some Headmasters are a bit of what we used to call 'dickriders' and allow stuff like this to happen as long as the guardians of the child are rich. Appeal to the rich and you get what they have.
Yes, but my point here was that it won’t affect anyone if you tell your parents, not the bullying. The teachers cannot give you physical punishments, which are usually worse than other punishments.
