Well, let’s ask reapertale. (If you don’t know what it is keep reading)
Reapertale is an AU where every main character is a god of some kind. Like sans and papyrus (probably gaster too, as seen in the image above) are the gods of death (also making reaper sans) so uh that would mean that depending on what you think about gasters story and if they have a relation to sans and papyrus would mean that that image is from a reapertale with gaster.
