I'm actually pretty sure that's fake. The image looks like a normal sized mosquito got larger from PhotoShop, and then placed next to it.

But the man was from Argentina, which is in the Southern hemisphere, where their seasons are reversed, e.g winter for them is summer for us, and reverse

Ok, Ok, I get it, but the giant mosquito thing still sounds like it was made up to spread wild panic.
The media is doing stuff like that these days. I mean, have you read about what they say about COVID-19?

Also, the media thinks that they can trash anything just for popularity, because they did that with the Joker film, accusing it of supporting mass violence, when really, it's a film about insanity

Seasons are reversed in the Southern Hemisphere. Their summer is our winter, and vice versa. Maybe learn your geography before you say things like that.
