I'm pretty sure. It's been their dream to start a band, so why not let me have my nerdy song and replicate the best(in my opinion besides In the Light) DC Talk song first

Well, they're probably gonna want something in return, unless they're also LOTR nerds... or if they use it as an excuse to kickstart their band.

I have to agree with you, both In the Light and Jesus Freak are in my top five DC Talk songs. I do personally prefer Consume Me, but they are all great.

Well, they like LotR, but they are more into Marvel(I've failed them as a sister) Excuse to kickstart the band is what I'm going for, but they are easily bribed with yearbooks, money, and me playing Dutch Blitz with them
Oh, Consume Me is amazing, but like ya said, they are all great
