This is the Leafeon version of a charmander/charmeleon/charizard with an added electric type and you expect it not to cause forest fires on accident? Bruh.
Also the fact that you say that Blazeon went through years of torture at team rocket's headquarters, and Swift was only there for a couple of months and was scarred for life really shows how cruel team rocket is.
