It was the first photo that came up when image searching "bubba wallace noose". It doesn't look like the screenshots from the videos I've seen where the "nooses" looked much smaller than this and were tied differently. This is probably photoshopped or manipulated in some way since its the only photo that the media is allowing us to see.
