(THIS IS JUST A SUGGESTION) Guys should we do it so that everyone who wants to be leader can have an opportunity to get elected - I mean like we can have like a blank template where we put the names of the people who want to be the leader of the army, and then each person can have a go at their own speech. Then we award points for that speech out of 20. If needs be, the original mods/creators can also pick out some of the best contributors of their opinion, where those can be awarded 3 extra points.

5 marks for honour - what place they are in the union, what RANK (they’ve not been given out yet), what the people think about them etc.

5 marks for responsibility - What armies they lead (if they do), if they’re mods for some armies, what they have under control etc

10 marks for commitment and contribution - what part/role they have in the army/union, how many anti TikTok memes they have added in total, what extra things they did/added to the army that the army now takes part in etc

3 extra marks for owner's pick.

Please remember this is just a suggestion and that even if it was as long as the entire page, u don’t have to accept it.

If u guys accept this suggestion, then I would say we should probably do this later, after I’ve given out the ranks and the roles.
