I don't always upvote a meme if I think it is wrong, misleading, or harmful. I usually don't upvote a comment if the comment is trollish, but I will generally upvote if it's well-meaning. I think you follow a similar policy. We need to advertise it like kewlew because simply being good examples doesn't seem to work so well.
