MHA's just an anime, and you can use one OC that's pretty much human in form but is still technically a Pokemon, you know what I mean? The MHA part comes in cause of it being like the anime but it's in the Pokemon world.

Yeah it is, but it’s useless if Vortex gets attacked from behind. Also, Electro normally won’t fire his dynamax cannon at full power. (Only in specific situations).
