There was an agreement for the city to put up some barricades yesterday and the "CHUMPS" (see tonight's other submission) immediately decided they didn't like them. There isn't any leadership on either side so negotiations are kind of like a battle of wits between two unarmed adversaries. I haven't heard anything about an actual wall, but the local news outlets are doing their best to downplay the situation.
