I submitted at like 11 am and now it's 5. Still nothing

I submitted something once at 4pm a few days ago. Got featured 5pm next day.

OUCH. Mine just got featured like 1 minute ago. That's gotta hurt though.

It did. To make it worse it got buried in the posts with nothing but transparent images by 10 year olds who think those are good memes
